BrownsIT was founded by an IT professional with over 25 years of Microsoft-stack experience, with a vision to provide enterprise-grade IT consultancy to businesses that can't afford — or don't need — a large IT firm.
Who we are
BrownsIT is a UK-registered IT consultancy with offices in the UK and Egypt. We operate across three service arms: managed IT support, data consultancy, and bespoke software development. We serve clients across the UK, USA, MENA and worldwide, with Arabic-language capability for our MENA clients.
Our model
We combine UK-standard leadership and communication with Egypt-based delivery — giving clients enterprise-level expertise at boutique cost. Every engagement is led by a senior practitioner. There are no junior handoffs, no account management layers between you and the person doing the work.
Our own products
We also build software for ourselves. TawlaLeague is a live web application for managing Tawla (backgammon) leagues across the Middle East. Connectivity is a mobile app for managing personal and professional follow-ups, launching on Android with iOS in development. We believe the best way to demonstrate software development capability is to ship your own products.

Every engagement starts with a fixed-price diagnostic. This keeps the initial commitment low for you and ensures we understand the problem before proposing a solution. We work on a project or retainer basis depending on the engagement type.
